About our Classes

We are a recreational gymnastics program for girls ages 5-12, that focuses on sound fundamental gymnastics with positive motivation. Our goal is to allow our students the opportunity to achieve fulfillment through learning the sport of gymnastics in a safe and fun atmosphere.

Our classes are held in the Ford Center on the campus of Stanford University. The Ford Center is the practice facility of the Stanford Women's and Men's gymnastics teams. It is a modern training center with high quality equipment and learning stations. The facility boasts 3 large loose foam pits, a custom 50 foot Tumble Trak, in ground trampoline, and resi-pit landing areas for Bars and Floor. In addition there are 4 high beam stations, 3 bar stations, and a full regulation Floor exercise mat.
